Bug description: Formula it's not right , watch closely both videos and don't reject it again before analyzing it.
Ok so the warrior buffs are : Mark of the wild, Battle Shout , Skull Banner,Badge of Victory trinket and the warrior debuffs on the windwalker monk are : Physical Vulnerability , 3x Sunder Armor . I did the same scenario also we have the same gear and 469k hp.

The problem is that shockwave is not increased by https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=12712

Very nice scott, i never suspected seasoned soldier. That explains the low dmg of heroic leap aswell but that wasn't a priority.

Fixed to be affected by Seasoned Soldier, hopefully it's ok now
