[FIXED] Weekly bonus, 2 active at the same time

On LIVE and PTR currently there are 2 weekly bonus events active and the quest associated with the corresponding weekly events, [Sign of the Skirmisher](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=186401&name=sign-of-the-skirmisher) and [Sign of the Warrior ](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=225787&name=sign-of-the-warrior), its only supposed to be ONE weekly bonus event and ONE weekly bonus event quest per week.

[Chronicler Shoopa](https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=144384) offers the quest [Emissart of War](https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=39034&name=emissary-of-war), while the PVP quest [The arena calls](https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=39041&name=the-arena-calls) is auto triggered for players to accept it when they enter 2vs2 rated or 2vs2/3vs3 Skirmishes
