Descrierea bugului / Bug description: am avut deselectat ,,lock action bars'' si mi-am tras spelu freeze (al petului) de pe bara, cand m-am dus la spellbook sa il iau am vazut ca nu e nici waterbolt nici freeze

Yes, this is a problem which has been known for quite a few days now. There's also several posts about this, Shockeru should complete fixing this asap.
