[FIXED] [trinket] [Darkmoon Deck: fathoms] vs Beastmastery and Marksmanship hunters

Bug description: The trinket is missing the 21/8/2018 hotfix that made it proc for ranged hunter specs. To recreate it equip the trinket on BM/MM hunter specs, first move into melee range of the target and attack it, you will notice that the trinket will indeed proc. Afterwards move away like 20yd and repeat the same, the trinket does not proc when not in melee range.
