Am fost 5 zile la munte dintre care 2 zile la ski vreo 3-5 ore si am fost si acum 2 zile la sala si azi dupa sala eram rupt, ma dor toate oasele, dupa 5 flotari ma dor toate oasele.
Ce sa fac ?

Same shit. Am facut aseara baia fierbinte cu sapun, acum m-am trezit si nu pot sa fac nici macar 2 flotari, ma dor toate oasele.

De tinut minte! Cand mai faci febra musculara bea un pahar de apa in care sa dizolvi 1-2 lingurite de zahar. Dupaia incearca sa faci miscare( stretching ),nu sa stai ca o "balega" intins in pat -.
