Yes, everyone can dodge/parry me even tho I have enough expertise to keep a PvE boss from doing the same. I think that with my 29 expertise and 5.4% hit none of my hits should ever miss their target.

pyroblast should proc after 2 non periodic spellz..... idk how i think its fixed but before it was after every crit.. so what is *** living bomb spreed vs 20-25k pyros whole time

sigh, so your saying getting an instant pyroblast after 1 crit is a bug? O.o if thats what your saying then read the hot streak talent ffs. it gives pyroblasts after crits...

meaning you could get a 1crit from a fireball or something, then get an instant pyroblast from the hotstreak talent

or you could get 2 non-periodic crits and get an instant pyroblast from the improved hot streak talent.

both talents work together.

Hot Streak VS Improved Hot Streak: What's the difference?
How does Tier 3 Hot Streak work? The non-mathy answer: It 'smooths' Hot Streak out, by making sure it's not too rare at low levels of crit, but isn't too common at high levels of crit. The bonus from T3 Hot Streak scales inversely with your crit. For example, if you have a low 10% crit chance, "Hot Streak" may have an 80% chance to proc on a single crit. But if you have a high 30% crit chance, "Hot Streak" might only have a 5% chance to proc on a single crit.

As your Crit rate increases (Via gear upgrades, raid buffs etc) the bonus from Tier 3 Hot Streak is steadily reduced. This is a hidden mechanic, neither the game nor talent pane tells you "Hot Streak" scales dynamically like this.

but can u get fact improved hot streak was bugged and after first 2 crits it did not reset to 0 after instant pyro? ..that means when u critted with pyro(even not) u still got again improved hot streak proc and again instant pyro?

its like this 1 crit = 1 charge 2nd crit=2nd charge= instant pyro=reset to 0 charges(even pyro crit it reset to 0)
