Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu merge partea cu Refresh cooldown la Mangle(bear)
Dovada / Proof:

Se poate observa in screenshot cum Berserk procuie dar inca am cd la Mangle. De asemenea se poate testa foarte usor in-game

Eu am crezut ca este de la lacerate, doar ce l-am vazut si eu acum 2 zile.

Pai partea aia de la berserk face proc din dot de la Lacerate...si intradevar face urmatoru mangle(bear) no rage cost dar nu da refresh si la cooldown

daca ai dat mangle si imediat si bersek.. ramai cu CDul de la mangle.. dar dupa ce trece poti sa spemezi...

recomandat e sa nu dai mangle inainte de bersek -

LoL ce legatura are cand dai tu Berserku?! tu ai citit tooltipu?! nu e vorba de activare ci vorba de ceea ce trebuie sa mai faca acel punct pus in berserk...citeste te rog topicu de la inceput si fi atent la ce ma refer eu...nu are legatura cu ceea ce zici tu
