Fixing Mastery 2

hi guys/girls (GM's and Admins)
I didn't wanna post this as bug bc it's not a bug it's your fault.... let me explane
Before druids bleeds was fine until some 10+ kid get in bg with green gear and get raped and he started to yell "nerf druids" -.-
Bleeds doesn't depend on how much resilience you have you can have 5k resilience bleed will still do the same dmg as 0 resilience bc thats the mech. of bleed.
I can post here over 5 vids. from you tube from official WoW server and show you that bleed do about 8-9k per tick now I'm almost full Cata geared and my bleeds do like 3k tick I mean OMFG that bleed tick was on WOTLK.....
I have mastery forged PvP feral druid and my bleeds are increased for 51% if 3k tick is 51% increased then without mastery is what....500 dmg

Pls take this in consideration and bring back the original bleed mechanic like it was before.....

dude bleeds do not ignore resi just armor so please stop makin totally useless posts

Works fine, bleeds should ignore armor but not resilience. Resilience is like your God for PVP, it is your friend and your enemy at the same time and it reduces all damage you get.
