Do people need different accounts for forum and website ? because when I try to loging to the forum with my website/ingame credentials it says user doesn't exist and vice versa .

Yes, ingame account is not the same thing as forum account.

Yes, we know this is unpleasant but it's too late to have the same users database for both of them, since each of them already have hundreds of thousands of users (many of them same names)
