(Fraps) FPS suggestions?

Sup,

playin' here time to time and now i was noticing that my FPS on WoW Freakz kinda freak out.
So i was wondering cuz i want sum stuff for youtube

For example:

On Retail: i maxed my FPS to 60 and still recording(Fraps) with normal 30 FPS.

The same thing on wotlk clients: Playing with 60 FPS recording with 30(or even higher) fps.

So, here idk: on Freakz im playing with 60 few drops to 55-50 and while im recording it terribly drops down to 19-23 FPS.

Im using no addons OFC.

somebody may have the same but rare problem ? .
any solutions?

My only guess comes with the patch number, perhaps 4.2.2 is better optimized than 4.0.6.
