After a small debate with Zohl, I've decided to post this topic, as a guideline for all of you newcomers, in order to avoid any unpleasantries.

Here are the questions (marked with yellow), and the answers, marked with blue

-Who founded this server, and when it was founded?
The server was started on 28'th of January 2010, made by Shocker.

-Who are the game-masters,and how do you rank them?
You can find a list of the server staff here
These also are divided in ranks:
-rank 5 (head GMs) Froster, Shocker, Zohl
-rank 4 (Advanced Fixers) Ravenous, Shaggs
-rank 3 (Medium Fixers, Quest Fixers, Wintrade-stalkers), Rizwan, Cobrel, Pirinush
-rank 2 (Public Relations, Ticketbots), rest of the GMs.

-How can I contact anyone from this staff?
You can PM him here, on forums, or you can write a ticket ingame and wait your turn.

-What are the criterias of becoming a GM? What must I do to become a GM?
There isn't any certain criteria of becoming a GM. When the head GMs decide that we need new members, we all submit candidates, justifying our choice. We then come to an mutual agreement and that person gets promoted. So questions like "how much do I need to pay to become a GM?" won't help you. Just be yourselves.

-How do I find a GM's private details? His hair color, or his whereabouts?
There isn't any certain rule regarding this part, many GMs post their details free-willingly. However these kind of questions are considered (in my oppinion) unpleasant, and chilidsh, beacause people posting questions like these are considered ***-kissers who are trying to score something from the GMs. Remember: WE WILL NEVER GIVE ANYTHING FOR FREE.
-This spell, that talent, those quests don't work. What can you guys do about it?
First of all you need to understand it's redundant to write tickets about problems like these. Most likely they will be ignored/deleted. For a better development of this server, please post your issues here . Also, be patient, because most of us have also real-life problems and time is short.

When will raid/dungeon bosses going to be available ?
When they will be scripted, we have a single developer so we can't move mountains, literally, over the night.

I set my rates to 1x on the main website but in game I still get a lot of XP, why is this ?
The script isn't working at the moment, because of the update to 4.3.4, we will announce when it will work again.

I changed my valor into conquest points but I got nothing, why?
You can't get over the normal conquest cap you would have by doing this and if you try, your valor will be lost.
We do not aid you with this problem.

I bought the 7th or 8th slot guild tab and it didn't unlock. Can I get my gold back ?
We are aware of this bug but we cannot help you in this situation. If you've bought it, you've just lost your gold.

I've bought a mount from the vote shop but I don't seem to get it in my mailbox, what happened?
Mounts are added directly in your spellbook when you buy them via the vote shop.

Quick question, as you've stated- ICC is on low priority but if you were to guess or estimate- how long would it be until Cataclysm issues and scripted are scripted and WOTLK, TBC (ICC & BT) instances are functioning? A few months or so? Thanks!

When will the vote/donation shop open ?
We have no ETA on this, you'll have to understand that server stability is the first issue at the moment, all we can say is that it shouldn't take that long now.

I donated on the final weeks/months of 4.0.6, will I get something on 4.3.4 ?
Most probably yes, but you will get more info on this from Shocker after the donation shop is opened.

can someone help me...im in the exodus realm playing with a friend bcuz before the honor rate there was 3x and now i noticed that is 1x....why?? will u get back 3x lately or it will be 1x??

Go to your account on wow.freakz.ro and set the rates how you want, maybe the script was fixed, I don't really know, but this should work.

Sorry if this was answered before.

Ok so i downloaded freakz wow client and set the realmlist to this server but whenever i try to login it will "disconnected from the server"

Any ideas?

hi guys new member here.

just want to know the difference between EXODUS and GENESIS.
i want to start playing here with a friend. we mostly PVE but want to do some PVP too.
is one PVP and the other PVE or both hybrids just a laugage difference?

Both realms are PVP and PVE and the difference is all about the number of players and language mainly used.
