Freezing screen on logout

Hello.
I have a nasty problem just with my WoW account(with another account there is no problem),when I want to logout the games instanly freezes for ~1 min and is so annoing because this situation applies just for my chars.
Any solutions?
1.I've deleted cache,same thing.
2.I've deleted the entire game,same thing.

Have you updated the graphics drivers to latest version ?
