Fury warrior's damage in pvp

Hello there, I'm kinda new to legion so I'm not sure if this is normal or not.

I notice that in pvp, fury war's dmg is insane. They can do 2mil+ dmg with one skill (main-hand + off-hand) as you can see the screenshot below.

My char's ilvl is moderated (ilvl 946) and i died like in 3-5 sec, before the stunning time ran out (I got stunned for 6 sec).

This is not a first time and it's not happening only to me, I've seen many fury war, either in my team or the opposite team, taking down ppl really fast, even my brother as a holy paladin, a healer, is really afraid of fury war and have been complaining about them.

He has 6 stacks of Saltwater Potion in bags, so I'm assuming he was using one while he killed you. He also has a little bit more stats than an average player but he is "deadly" only in burst, so you should cc him or run as soon as he pops his cooldowns.
