Has anyone encountered this problem? Yesterday i had issues with the launcher so i downloaded and replaced i couldn't get in and today i get this error?

If someone can please tell me how to prevent this from happening again please let me know.
I also need to mention i have a new computer and added my old hard drive with wow freakz legion in it
dont know if that will help any...
