Cu fraps. Iei programul si in timp ce esti in video dai sa iti faca screenshot-uri (de exemplu 30 de poze intr-un anumit interval). Apoi iei dupa net Adobe Photoshop CS2 si din el intri in Adobe ImageReady si bagi toate imaginile in el.

Ps. Vezi ca nu este foarte simplu. Bafta
