Game lag but chat works fine

i dont really know why but my game just lag and everything in the chat just work normally.
ive tried everything delete cache and flameXML,restart router, set wow to high proirity but still its not fixed
please help i cant stand this

1) Disable your addons
2) Rename: WTF to WTF1 / Interdace to Interface1
3) delete cache again
4) start the game and let the game make the new folders

Let me know the result of this

It is still the same nothing changed
Well i forgot to mention that it only happens when theres a lot of things happening on the screen
