Game not start

The other day I downloaded the launcher (full of BfA), I opened it and it began to download data, after a while it told me what language I wanted and I said Spanish (Spain) and it opened the game normally, but these days I run the launcher It opens both the launcher process and the wow process, but it does not open the game (when I click on the folder it creates a file that goes away at the moment) and for the game to work again I have to restart the pc to make it work. I don't know if it will be from the launcher, from my pc or from where. Thank you

I have the same problem, but after a while (15 to 20 minutes) the game starts, but when i try to loggin it freezes and i get "you've been disconected". My operating -system is 64-bits. Any solution?

I have already managed to fix this problem, I can already open the launcher without problems
