Garrison base and Garrison Heartstone, Warlock class legion hall quests. Help please

Hi, I need help. When I started the garrison questline I was supposed to follow Durotan to the location but I lost him and instead found the Garrison supplier, I mistakenly click the build garrison option without thinking that it would affect my quest, so right now I cant turn in my quest because the other Durotan is already there. I tried deleting my Garrison heartstone thinking it would reset but it did not, How can I have it back?. javascript:emoticon('

For the Warlock legion hall, why is there no npc for turn in after I completed the first quest like to go to Dalaran. Thankssss
