[REJECTED] [General] Portals in Dalaran

Bug description: So, portals in Dalaran are kinda messed up. I've found 3 issues until now:

1. Horde portals have been disspelled by some Alliance mage! THE HORDE DEMANDS JUSTICE!

2. The Sanctum of the Light portal gets you to the Alliance side of Dalaran even if you're Horde.

3. Behind the Archmages in the Violet Citadel, between the two mages, there should be 2 portals that get you to the ships: one leading to the Dark Lady's Fleet near Durotar and one leading to The Skyfire near Stormwind Harbor. They're for the Stormheim questline, you use them when you're on the quests The Warchief Beckons and A Royal Summons.
