Getting out of the Pandaria staring zone

Hello,
So I asked in game chat how do I get out of the starting zone in Pandaria because I couldn't get it to work, and someone pointed that I needed to do something special that is written somewhere in this forum. Can somebody help me to find the guide , I can't seem to find it.
