Getting stuck everywhere in Pandaria

Bug description: Wherever u walk/jump/fly etc. most of the times you get teleported away and stuck.

Because you did not make the start-up quest from Pandaria. There is no bug!

Yes I did , it has nothing to do with quests , and if I didn't finish the "quests" why it started from yesterday to happen?
I saw more players getting stuck too.
