Bug description: Just not work, when you apply the glyph no forms change.

How does it work for some people and some it does not , can i get a quick explanation ... i have bought the glyph of Doe too and it didn't work ... then i removed it again with vanishing powder and put another glyph of sentinel owl and still nothing
