Gm please help me with GNERDS (again)

I have been to every single pumpkin thing I can find and have never gotten this candy which is required for the hallowed title achievment, and I keep getting empty treat bags from the inns.. all i need is a toothpick and G.N.E.R.D.S -.-. Gm, atleast can you give me the gnerd candy?

PUMPKIN QUESTS ARE NOT DAILY, GO PLAY AND SEE. You go to a pumpkin, turn in the quest, and it's 1 time only. GO LOOK AND SEE.

EDIT: ONLY TRICK OR TREAT CAN BE REPEATED MORE THAN ONCE.

Edit2: Unless you're speaking of the quests near Elywyn Forest, I will go and check those right now.

edit 3: went to check the quest giver in goldshire, no quest giver there.

It's next to impossible to do all 3 achievements and not get any gnerds. You obviously trashed them and then realized they're needed. Tough luck!
