I just wanted to commend whomever was answering the tickets last night/early this morning. I had a problem with one of my characters getting caught in a repeating death loop/being unable to rez without instantly dying again from fall damage. And the ticket was answered in less than a minute or two, and the issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes. That's astounding. Good work. -
