Do note that all NPCs around the area where you land are obviously alive and well, as Steiner's pic proves.

Basically, this NPC is the equivalent of Bony Xuk, but for Alliance. Same progression too, roughly.

I mean, the quest dracusoru mentions is like 8th in the chain from where you start the quest the report is for. =/

Bump, this quest is still bugged. Can't advance onto the rest of the quest chain..
