[Greater Invasion] Occularus - Gushing Wound (exploit)

Bug description:
The above spell should not be able to be removed from the player's buff frame. (wowhead obviously has mistakenly set this to buff)

The spell is what enforces a tank swap. Due to the impact of removing the spell it nullifies the interactions the boss does with:

Makes it soloable by any tank, removing the gushing wounds stacks.
