Green Fire Questline?

Hi im levelling up a warlock on the legion server and i was wondering does the Green Fire questline for warlocks work? or atleast can i change my destruction spells from orange to green without doing the questline (if its not scripted in yet)

Currently the Green Fire is available only via WoW-Shop.

So is the quest item obtainable (does it make sense to kill rares on Isle of Thunder)? Or the item is unobtainable as well as quest is not scripted?

Sealed Tome of the Lost Legion has 0,01% chance to drop from the following rares in the Isle of Thunder:

1. The quest series begins by looting [Sealed Tome of the Lost Legion]. Fuse together the [Sealed Tome of the Lost Legion] with a [Healthstone] to get Warlock [90] An Unusual Tome.

2. You'll then turn in Warlock [90] Reader for the Dead Tongue to a trainer in Stormwind or Orgrimmar.

3. Warlock [90] A Tale of Six Masters: Read a book near warlock trainers in Stormwind and Orgrimmar that explains the recent events of the Council of the Black Harvest.

4. Warlock [90] Seeking the Soulstones: Read [Jubeka's Journal] and use the clues within to locate the four soulstone fragments. Clicking on these soulstones gives you greater insights into Jubeka's memories.

5. Head to the entrance of the Black Temple in Warlock [90] Seek the Signal.

6. Warlock [90] Infiltrating the Black Temple: Follow Kanrethad and Jubeka's trail into the Black Temple by looking for her mark. After clicking on the mark on the front door, Warlocks can enter a special version of the Black Temple and complete the "Pursuing the Black Harvest" event.
