Guide to vote every 12 hours on gtop100

First of all, I'd like to clarify that despite being proven that voting works as it should, some players are still unable to vote because of problems caused by the first site, which seems to do some heavy IP or hardware IP tracking, as I was unable to vote even with a VPN while the site showed a cooldown, and I am able to vote on a PC located in another country and even when I am out of my home, on the top of a mountain.


ATTENTION: This will only work if you have a smartphone with mobile data! (It's 2021, everyone should have that)

The idea of this method is that you will be voting on two different devices, so the next time you vote on the same device the site should have no cooldown.


WARNING: This will not work if you vote from a PC first and then from a phone, or twice with the same device in a row!

NOTE: If you don't have access to mobile data, which I highly doubt, this may work using WiFi from a different location (McDonald's or something), however it is quite inconvenient to keep switching your location just so you can vote every 12 hours.


For the first stage you will require a PHONE. Make sure you're using MOBILE DATA and not your house WiFi.

Make sure you have NO COOLDOWN on the first site. (Wait a day or two since you last voted if you're unsure, so you won't have to wait too much, as the site appears to give you even more cooldown if you attempt to vote again while it's still got one.)

Proceed with voting on the phone as you normally would on a PC. Gtop100 should say "Thank you for voting!".

Your votes should register. If they don't register you either had a cooldown or did something wrong.

For the next stage switch to your PC and DISABLE YOUR VPN if you have one.

Proceed with voting as you normally would. Gtop100 should say "Thank you for voting!".

Your votes should register. If they don't register you probably did something wrong.

I can confirm that I can vote every 12 hours like this and hopefully whoever is experiencing issues will be able to do so as well, until the new voting system will be implemented.
