Just a side note, and I don't mean to butt in this topic, but that applicant was actually kicked from his previous guild due to ninja looting.

First, i leaded that 10hc raid and i said that ill roll balance because there were rogues in group, second i didnt ninja because i rolled with that shamy and i won in roll, and that shamy said can you give me some gold so it will be ok, even i won it in fair roll, i gave him 50k.. so i dont see where is problem and why some third person have to shit about something if he even doesnt know what happened. (and that druid is deleted because i wanted to focus on war).
