Guild Reputation Visual Bug

WoW Freakz link: can't find any links to guild screen
Bug description: All reputations in my guild are showing as neutral to me but other guild members are seeing the actual reputations. I really need to be able to see what my reputation is within my guild as well as other peoples reps. I deleted cache folder but that didn't fix anything.
