Guild Subforum Moderators

Any chance to make the guild leaders also Moderators on their own guild subforums. Would save us a lot of nerves with people posting unwanted topics in our subs, and making stickies as well. I feel bad having to PM Nim everytime i need a clean up or anything else.

It makes sense, we can't depend on external sources to keep our forums organized. It's way easier if each Guild Master has moderator rank into his own Guild Forum.

I am paying attention, and actually reading EVERY SINGLE topic & reply, but what you're asking is something we've not done before.

I am thinking about it, as if we do this, we will have to remove reports from guild zones, as there will be tens of people with moderation privileges, yet not trusted by us. (As in, you can edit one's post and then report it. It would be hard work to see who edited last and what edit you did.)

You can remove the report from guild zones as you said or you can only give that priviligies to trustworthy guilds.

It really would be helpful if we can keep our own forums organized.

Then maybe try it out with Exodus guilds for a month, see how it plays out, since theres not as many guild subforums on Exodus as on Genesis. Or as Ash said just turn off reports, if something is unwanted on the sub, the guild masters would be able to delete it instead of reporting it.
Also as far as i know it says at the bottom of the post if it was edited, by who and how many times so that can be handled rather fast. Also strict rules for Guild Moderators should be in place as in any form of abusing the Mod rights would be harshly punished with removal of the guild subforum from the Forums all together, so noone actually thinks of abusing it.

Also thank you for replying, it wasn't my intention to sound arrogant about Staff paying attention to English section, its just that i see to many "good" topics not getting any attention, and topics that could actually benefit the server and its community, while retarded topics made by whiny ungrateful individuals get more attention then they deserver.

We've discussed, and unfortunately, no.

Everytime you have a problem (any kind of problem) just PM one of the GMs (Especially Ansiedad or Debbi), and they will solve anything for you. After all, that's why they have the rank.

I, for one, understand you as a player, but we have way too many guild subforums, it would be completely chaotic to allow ~50 moderators.
