Guild zone forum update

Simple suggestion - Split the "Guilds zone" sub into Horde/Alliance and International/Nationality so people dont have to go thru 6 ro or hung/esp guilds to find 1 english adv.

Most of the guilds already have nationality flags...

Guild masters who wish to have a specific international flag can simply just ask for it when they also request their subforum or later on.
