[H]How to level up in Frostfire Ridge

I saw a lot of people that struggle to level up in Frostfire Ridge( I bet it's the same for A side) because of the level 3 garrison and stuff. The easiest way to level up(forget about the wowhead part where you search like crazy quest lines and try to figure out which one works when your garrison is level 3) is to do bonus objectives.
