Heals are weaker in arenas...

So I noticed today that my heals are lower in arena (somehow)
Yeah and you will ragespam me : you suck, check your buffs, l2p and stuff
But that really happens to me for some reason
The same gear, buffs, auras, stats.

Examples
Holy shock in arena ~7k noncrit ~16k crit, outside 9-10k noncrit 19-20k crit
Flash of light in arena 19k noncrit 35k crit, outside 22k noncrit 40k crit

Are there any debuffs in arenas that I don't know about?
Someone please check it, for me it happend in every arena I've been today...

I did my own tests on 3 classes hpala, rshaman, rdruid
Same happens on ALL.

Can you get some printscreens related to this ?
Some with your character panel open so I can see your SP and others with heals from spells in arena.

Both tests with Blessing of Kings and 3 stacks of Conviction (late ss in arena but it was up 100%)

Outside on a dummy (Seal of Truth up to keep combat up - stupid recount won't work out of combat)

In arena (Seal of Truth also up to for no 5% bonus from glyph)

Overall Flash of Light heals about 2k less in arena, same goes with other spells.

as far as i remember heals are 10 % weaker in arenas and its how it should be.no bug here

^ this, heals are supposed to be 10% weaker in BGs and arenas, but i can't find the proof for it :/

"Blizzard applied a hotfix on December 11, 2012 that made this change to Battle Fatigue:

PvP

The Battle Fatigue healing reduction debuff has been increased to 30% (was 15%)."

However, this was added in MoP so shouldnt be live here, if this is what you were refering to

Working as intended. There's a buff which players cannot see that makes your heals to be less effective (by ~10%) when you're in bgs/arenas since WOTLK.

notice how it says "increased to 30%" that means there was a healing reduction in pvp scenarios prior to that.

Noticed that it was added in 5.1 so its definitly not live here. Found this however in 3.3.2 patch notes

"All healing abilities (including items such as potions) will be decreased in effectiveness by 10% when in Battlegrounds, Arenas, or Wintergrasp."
