Heirloom soulbound when enchanted

I purchases heirloom items by vote today, and I decided to enchant them on my mage (Frostyb - https://armory.freakz.ro/character/genesis/Frostyb)

I managed to enchant weapons, chest and legs and I sent them back to Notallama, but the shoulders have somehow become soulbound to my mage after enchanting Greater Tiger Fang Inscription - http://www.wowhead.com/item=83006/greater-tiger-fang-inscription.

As I've done that several times in retail WoW, I'm certain that it isn't supposed to behave like that. I'm not 100% certain whether BoA's will ever have the possibility to become soulbound to a character in anyway, but it doesn't make any sense.

I've already tried making a ticket, but the GM who responded seems to lack knowledge on this topic (He said it was supposed to happen, while it isn't).
