[Herbalism] "Legion Herbalism" enchant / rank 3 Fjarnskaggl perk bug with haste

Bug description: First of all, there is a VERY annoying bug with the legion gathering enchants that affects mainly Herbalism. Basically, when you enter a zone and try to gather for the first time, the enchant won't work, you have to unequip/equip back the gloves, it happens 100% of the times with herbalism and sometimes with mining too.
Second, and this is kinda weird, the perk from rank 3 Fjarnskaggl that reduces your mount cast time by 50% for 5 secs after you gather a herb, it looks like it affects haste too, reducing it by 50%, annoying as well if you are farming Aethrils or Starlight Roses that can spawn a mob and you have to kill it with 0 haste as a caster...

https://streamable.com/9hutc9 for the haste bug: I have a cast time of 1.1 sec on Shadow Mend/Mind Blast, and during the mount buff I cast it in 1.5, as if I lost all my haste.

EDIT: also, the rank 3 fjarnskaggl perk ironically doesn't work in Stormheim lol
