Bug description: I already picked up dreamleafs more than 200 times or more, and I haven't single any mob called Nightmare Creeper. Nightmare Creeper are summoned by randomly while picking up herbs called Dreamleaf. I dont know what chance has to be it, but it can't be that npc spawn 1 from 1000 times. In 7.2.5, npc spawned like by 1/4 or 1/5 time. It just has to spawn sometime while picking up Dreamleafs herbs.
