Heroic scenario cache weapons

Description: A while ago when i received an axe on my warrior from this cache there was a secondary stat going missing ( https://forum.wow-freakz.com/REJECTED-Item-Immaculate-Pandaren-Broadaxe-of-the-Landslide-t431221.html )and at the time i assumed it was a glitch due to a server restart, however this thing has happened again on my shaman, so i assume there is a general problem with items from that cache.

However, if i link the item into the chat or if someone inspects me they are still able to see the missing stat, however it doesn't count at all. Cause if if was only a visual glitch but the hit % haven't changed it wouldn't be that big of a problem. http://imgur.com/a/YHaaH

When you equip it and then remove it, it seems that one of the secondary stats just disappears from the item, as you can see from my screenshots, it's not just a visual bug, the stat actually disappears from the item. Relogging doesn't help either.
39,80% crit chance the first time I equip it.
39,10% crit chance the second time I equip it. (-0,70% crit chance stat change)
I assume that this isn't the only item that this happens to.
