[Highmountain] [Alchemy] Quest can't be completed after objective is reached.

Bug description: Quest requires player to meet up with Barm Stonebreaker in Highbountain where he offers a dialogue requesting 15x "Rivermane Remedy". At the end of the dialogue a "Barm's Mortar and Pestle" is provided and then player uses it to created the 15 items requested.

Upon finishing the items' creation, I was greeted with a still grey quest mark above Barm Stonebreaker and no quest complete button. I tried relogging and retaking the quest to no avail. Each attempt costs 60 foxflowers which I had to buy from AH for repeated attempts.
