Bug description: I am level 110 and i can't unlock emissary quests because i don't have friendly reputation in Highmountain Tribes, but i can't continue the storyline. Right now i have just 2 quests that are bugged. What should i do? Help.

Confirmed.

Soulkeeper Uriah doesn't do anything, can't complete quest.
