Hight latency just in-game

Good afternoon, I have a problem with in-game latency, normally my latency is 180 Home, world 200, but since Friday, my latency has varied, home 200, world 400 - 500, and this only happens in the game , in other games, my latency is normal, to verify the problem I tried with another legion server and as you can see in the photo the latency is normal, my latency problem only occurs on the Freakz server, is there any solution to this problem , since it is very uncomfortable to play with high latency, thanks I hope a response that can help me.[/size]
