Holy Paladin Bugs

Hello everyone !

I decided to play as a holy paladin but it seems that in pvp is not that good as the other classes. Actually is the worst of them. After fallowing a lot of guides on youtube, I noticed that something is not ok. ( and is not my playstyle as everyone will think) I am trying to help but I also need some help from someone who knows better than me. What I am actually trying to do is search for those bugs that exist but no one knows about . The thing is, I don't know where to start and how to start. Can anyone told me for how to look for bugs in general and how do you notice that something is not how is supposed to be ?

I hope I was explicit enough, and I hope you can help me start so I can make this spec playable.

follow a video and by that i mean look at his stats / items and try to see if they give the same results read the tooltips carefully and how the spell should behave.. etc there are a lot of things to look up to
