Hour or more quue times

This is worse at certain times of the day. But a few times now I've been in dungeon queue for more than an hour for Shadowlands dungeons.

Two ways to fix this. Increase the bonus satchel for tanks and healers. They seemed to show up a LOT more in BfA than they do now.

Change Callings challenges so any dungeon rewards progress towards callings completion instead of just the dungeons in the zone for the callings. People are queue'ing specific dungeons to complete these and it greatly increases the RDF times because people just want to complete specific dungeons to complete their callings.

I already said Dungeon Finder rewards need to be changed but nothing happen. It's the same mistake Blizzard did in BfA, there is no reason for players to farm dungeons.

In older expansions you could farm Heroic Badges for gear and in Legion there was a daily legendary currency to farm. Why would I bother playing Heroic dungeons, anima and some gold?

It's worse now, less bonus satchel than BfA, and everyone gets a different dungeon quest daily so people queue specific dungeons not randoms.
