How can i make "Secret Silweave Methods"?

Hi guys. I collected 4 pieces around inside Tailoring building.
When i press green tube and click "Fill the tub with green dye and brimstone shavings" but nothing happened :S
I tried to make this quest last 2 months. Did everthing, like delete cache dolder or relog etc but couldn't able to do it :S
Any idea?
