How do i extract wow sound files ?

i want to use this "addon" https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/project-8021
But Whatever video i watched how to extract those wow sound files had .mpq . and this "freakz" version uses some other format thus i cant extract and overwrite those annoying GCD, cast interrupt, not line of the sight, error humming sounds and its sooo annoying. Anyone knows a solution ?

You can disable Error Speech from Game Menu -> System -> Sound.
