How does it work ? "Bug Fixing"

EN: Hello everyone, i was wondering for a while... how does it work ? What is the priority ? You have to send a request to the higher ups to get permisson to fix a bug ?
I see a lot of blue names, but i see pending bugs from 5 months ago... i see new bugs posted every day, basicly a change from "If" to "to" nothing very hard to fix or that takes a lot of time.
Can anyone exdplain how does the "GM/Dev" system works ? Or if anyone actualy cares about that [Bug Report] ?

Salutare, ma intreb de ceva vreme cum functioneaza sistemul... Care este prioritatea ? Trebuie trimisa cerere la superiori sa primesti permisiunea de a repara un bug ?
Vad o groaza de nume albastres si buguri nereparate de peste 5 luni... buguri noi aparute in fiecare zi care nu necesita doctorat in ingineria avioanelor sa fie fixuit, nici care ocupa o groaza de timp.
Poate cineva sa explice cum functioneaza sistemul "GM/Dev" ? Sau daca-i pasa cuiva de topicul respectiv ?

Nepasare din partea lor/lui, chiar si cand merge vorba de buguri importante(sub importante ma refer la ceva ce distruge o classa/spec intreg)... si nu pentru ca "eu" am nevoie sa fie reparat ceva, ca nu doar eu ma joc pe serveru asta.

nu cred ca vei primi un raspuns la aceasta enigma.

daca tot s-a deschis acest subiect as fi si eu curios DACA o sa scripteze Draenor ( misiuni , achiev-uri , etc ) . inteleg ca s-a sarit peste el direct la legion,inteleg ca nu a fost cel mai reusit patch...dar totusi placerea de a explora tot ce e pe acolo ar trebui savurata.

Every dev got his own job, that aswell for the gm's.

So which means, we got devs for: class fixes / db / cores. So everyone got his own project which is assigned by the head developer.

Also, old reports doesn't mean they never get fixed. That just needs some time
