How to TP back into a dungeon

The first dungeon a joined i walked out and there was no instance icon near my mini map so i couldn't teleport back in. Is this a bug with the server or maybe an addon i have or is there a command i need to use. i have a 30 minute qeue wait time because i left after getting frustrated because no one would respond to my question on how to get back.

I have the SexyMap addon which is the only thing that should effect my minimap,

You can use this command to teleport to your dungeon.
