How to get gear?

So for like 2 weeks now ive been stuck at ilvl 480. Problem is that its just bloody impossible to gear. I never get into dungeons and when i do it usually breaks apart really fast cause there is always somebody who leaves the group. Second problem is that nobody does LFR either. Most of the LFR that i can do has no players queueing for it. So my question is there a way to get to like ilvl 500 without dungeons or LFR?

World bosses, mv&tot trash, some bgs to get some 522 gear. Than you can go to t14 and t15 raids.

Well ive tried world bosses multiple times yet i never get anything from them. The trash runs are worthless since i dont get anything good from them anymore. I guess ill have to go for that bg gear then.

Get bonus rolls for celestial/ordos and do tot trash hc, you should be able to get 3 things heroic thunderforge if you're lucky, boots neck and belt.Also do bgs and arenas to get some gear and start doing tots and soo flex with global.
