First off make a copy of your wow.exe incase you don't want the new models anymore.

Extract both files, Replace the "SouchCache-patch-1595.mpw" in your 4.3.4/Data/Cache Folder

The the Wow.exe with your Wow.exe in your main 4.3.4 folder. Easy.

If you don't want to use the models anymore use the old version of your Wow.exe

And proof of it ingame
