Bug description: Barrage doesn't take into consideration the haste from Focus Fire or from Rapid Fire . If you find any spell that doesn't affect barrage and it should (haste buff) post please
Proof:

Base channel without any haste buff


Rapid Fire


Focus Fire


Currently Barrage is affected only by gear haste ...
